Measures Being Sent Multiple Times - Troubleshooting Guide

When sending measures to a patient for a particular session, you may notice that some measures are being sent multiple times. This is likely due to the patient not completing the measure the last time it was sent, which results in the measure being sent again.

Measures will continue to be sent to patients until they are completed or the session has been closed. The measure will keep on being sent to the patient until it is either removed from their measurement protocol, or until the patient completes the measure.


If measures are being sent multiple times even after being completed by the patient, check these following steps to diagnose the issue:

1). Is the measure configured to be automatically sent with every session? Check the Automatic Planning Details in the patient's record to see if the measure is meant to be sent with every session.

2). Did someone unintentionally manually send the measure? To check if measures were sent manually or automatically, please reach out to support@mirah.com and we will be able to check for you.
