How To Review Measure Planning Details Using the Automatic Planning Details Tool

With patients, you may notice that measures part of a protocol aren't being sent out as expected for a specific session. The "Automatic Planning Details" tool can be used to check the status of planned measures for a specific session.


How to Use the Automatic Planning Details Tool

  1. On a patient's record page, scroll down until you see "Past Sessions". Find the appointment you are looking for the measurement details for, and click on the "Details" button.

  1. From the "Details" page, scroll down until you find the "Automatic Planning Details" section.

  1. Click on "Show Details" to see the automatic planning details for this patient's measures. A table will appear displaying the details of each measure.

  1. The most important fields to note on this table are "Administer" and "Details". "Administer" will display a black check mark if the measure is being administered to the patient for this session. "Details" will state the cadence the measure is setup to be sent.
