Parents/Guardians Not Receiving Measures - Troubleshooting Guide
In some cases, measures are sent directly to the parent(s)/guardian(s) listed on a client's Mirah profile. In some instances, the parent(s)/guardian(s) may not receive measures as expected.
Basic Troubleshooting Steps
1). Check the measurement protocol for the patient and see if there was anything wrong in the Automatic Planning Details. To find the Automatic Planning Details, read this support article.
2). Check the patient's details page to see if the caregiver's email/phone number is recorded. If either is recorded, check the notification preferences to see if notifications have been turned on for them.
3). Look at the appointment details for the appointment which the measures are being sent for. In the details, it will show when the measure was sent and how it was sent (text, email, etc.)
