Enabling / Re-enabling a User
Users can be manually disabled or disabled due to inactivity
When a user is in a disabled state
- They will not be able to log in
- They will not have sessions created for their appointments
- They will not be able to be assigned to patients
To activate a user:
- Go to the user's detail page
- Click the "Re-enable Provider" button
NOTE:
- If the user has not logged in for 90 days, they will be disabled again when the security check runs next
- If the user has forgotten their password, they can use the password reset functionality
