Disabling of Unused User Accounts

Users that have not logged on in 90 days are automatically disabled. A user can be re-enabled by an administrator by following these instructions: Enabling a Provider.

• The security check runs everyday between 6pm and 8pm Eastern Standard Time
• If the user is enabled but does not log in before the next check runs, they will be disabled again by the next check 

Logging out Inactive Users

To enhance the security of the platform and to keep patient data secure, users are logged out of the platform after 15 min of inactivity.
