There are three key differences from this export and others offered on the platform. Outlined below are these distinctions:

1. Unlike other exports, this will not create a CSV file but instead a Zip file full of PDFs. Therefore, if your institute has an automation that assumes all the exported files are CSVs, then this new file must be treated differently.
2. This export does not use the same look-back data parameter utilized in the other exports. Instead, it always exports summaries for the previous full month (for instance, if a user ran the export in the middle of May, the data will be from the month of April).
3. If you are on a group site, users can run the export and it will combine the PDFs for all institutes in a single Zip file with folders for each institute.
