Troubleshooting Guide - Why Measures Might Appear Blank
There are various reasons that can explain why measures appear blank even if they are marked as completed. Please read through this guide to check to see if the root of your problem lies with any of these explanations.
Basic Troubleshooting Steps
- Navigate to the patient's Detail Page and select the measure that appears blank.
- In Measurement-Based Care, select the gear icon on the Measure Details Page and press "Edit Responses". In Collaborative Care, locate the report for a Measure by clicking on the specified measure. Press the pencil icon in the report as a means to edit the responses.
- Within this perspective, users have the ability to see whether or not the measure was filled out before submitting. If the questions are not answered, the patient submitted the measure despite its incomplete nature. This explains why the measure appears blank even though it was marked as completed.
