Collaborative Care - Tasks - How to Use the Daily Progress Tracker
The Daily Progress Tracker feature must be enabled in your instance. If you would like to use this feature, contact Mirah support (support@mirah.com).
The daily progress tracker can help show you how the time you've logged each day contributes to your monthly implementation targets. In order to use the tracker, you need to have a personal billed minutes implementation target set up to track progress against. For help setting up the target, contact support@mirah.com.
Once you have a target configured, you'll see this at the top of your dashboard:
The large bar in the middle shows the progress towards your target for the current day, while the small boxes on each side show summary information about the other days in the current week. The bar and boxes will change their appearance as you progress towards the daily goal:
The progress bar will update automatically as you log time.
Hovering over the progress bar will show you a calendar of the time you've logged each day this month:
Days with no logged time for any reason are shown blank. Days with any amount of time logged are highlighted as shown in the table above. On the page for your billed minutes implementation target (linked at the bottom of the tooltip, or accessible from the "Implementation Targets" menu item) you can see a full calendar of the entire history of your implementation target:
