How to Use the Provider Search

When searching for providers in Mirah, there are certain features of the search function that potentially lead to confusion. The following steps will direct you on how to navigate the provider search and it's various features.

How to Use the Provider Search

1. When Using the Provider Search (scheduling appointments, creating a new Episode of Care (EOC), etc.), it is meant as a search bar, and will thus not list all providers in your organization. To find the provider you are looking for, simply type a part or the entirety of their name and they will appear as a selectable option.
2. If you are not finding a provider, they likely are not active and they will need to be activated either by their superuser or Mirah Support in order to appear in the search.
