"There are no questions to display" Error Message - Troubleshooting Guide

When entering manually entering data in bulk into Mirah, you may encounter the error message "There are no questions to display".


Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Check if the measures you are entering data for are in the right format. If, for example, you are trying to input measures that were administered through interview format, but the measures weren't configured to be in interview format, then you won't be able to input the data.
  2. If the measure was administered before your organization's integration was setup, then you won't be able to input any data for those sessions. Data from pre-integration will not be pulled in Mirah upon integration. If needed, you can always create a new session, schedule the appropriate measures and enter them there to make sure that the data is captured.
