How to Find Communication Details

In some instances, it may be unclear if clients are receiving important emails regarding their assessments, progress, etc. The main place in Mirah to review this will be in session details for past sessions, which details the communications occurring between a care team and patients/caregivers.


How to Find Communication Details in Session Details

  1. From the patient dashboard, look towards the bottom-left of the screen and see "Past Sessions". Click on "Details" for the appointment in question.

  1. After clicking on Details, you will see details about the patient, their caregiver, and information of when and how the measures for that session were sent to them.
