Collaborative Care - Editing “Done” Tasks

Editing “Done” Tasks in CoCM 


To edit an existing task that has already been marked as Done, simply navigate to the correct patient, and find the task in the task list (make sure the filter on the task list is set to show completed tasks).  




Once you have located the correct task, click on the magnifying glass to the right of the task to open up the details for that task.  



You will now see the details associated with the selected task.  To edit a field, hover over that field with your mouse and you will see a pencil icon appear.  Click on the pencil icon to edit that field. The title of the task as well as the notes associated with the task are editable.  Previous notes associated with logged time cannot be edited.
