Editing Users/Providers' Roles

This article guides clinical supervisors through editing a user/providers' roles within Mirah. Roles pertain to what each user can see and do within Mirah. Please note your electronic health records (EHR) system may automatically add users with roles based on roles in the EHR. If your EHR system is integrated with Mirah, please make all role changes in your EHR first and wait for the data to sync. Syncs (or "updates") are on unique timetables for each organization, but this usually happen twice a day. 

If your organization's EHR is not integrated with Mirah, see below for how to edit roles for clinical users'/providers' roles.

First, navigate to the user whose role you would like to update by clicking "Manage Users" while on the dashboard page, then selecting the user's "Details" page. 

Then, select the "Edit" button at the bottom of the user's Details page.

Make the appropriate changes to the user's roles. Finally, click "Save" at the bottom of the Edit page to save changes.
