Feature Guide - Measurement Planning

Measurement Planning

Clients in Mirah typically have a measurement plan assigned which dictates the cadence with which each measure should be administered. Mirah’s measurement engine is designed to calculate what measures should be sent to a patient prior to a patient’s appointment  based on that patient’s measurement plan and their measurement history. Ideally, measures are sent and completed by the client as scheduled.  However, when clients don’t complete measures for a session, or appointments are changed or canceled, the measurement engine automatically adjusts.

Viewing Upcoming Sessions

When going to a patient page you will be able to view both past and upcoming sessions.  Past sessions will show measures that were included. Upcoming sessions will indicate that measures are “Not yet planned.”

Click “Show Predictions” at the top of the upcoming sessions list to see what measure are expected:

Click on the "details" button on an upcoming session you will be able to see specific information on that upcoming session, including the automatic planning details

Click on the “Calculate Predicted Scales” button on the session page to see the predicted scales for that session:

Finally, click on the measurement plan for a patient and you will be able to see the upcoming sessions for a patient, similar to what you see on a patient page.
