Resend Consent Form

If a client declines the consent form, but decides to consent to the Mirah measures after discussing with the provider, here are the steps to complete the consent and start the assessment.  Please note, these steps need to be taken during a session with the client.

1. Find the client on Mirah and click on the name hyperlink to go to the client's detail page.

2. Click on Details of the session scheduled after the client declined the consent form.

3. Click on Take measurements.

4. The platform will request to leave provider mode so the client can consent and complete the measures.  Click on Continue to measurement.

5. The client will click through the Welcome Language, Crisis Language and click I agree for the consent agreement.  The client can now walk through the assessment questions and receive future assessment notifications.
