Integrating Patient Data and Auto-scheduling
Integrating the Mirah platform with your EHR allows for different levels of integration and customization.
Two of the main integration options are:
- Setting up Patient Data integration only
- Turning Auto-scheduling on
Below is a list of items to keep in mind when you are deciding the type of integration that will work best for your clinic.
If we turn on patient data integration only:
All patients will be automatically added to Mirah from EHR. |
Patients’ parent/caregiver information will be added manually to Mirah. |
Appointments will be added manually by providers. |
All appointment changes/cancellations are updated in Mirah manually. |
Assessment notifications will be sent out according to manually created appointments in Mirah and the core measures protocol. |
Do NOT update patient data in Mirah. Always update the EHR.

If we turn on auto-scheduling:
All appointments will be set up automatically in Mirah from EHR. |
Assessment notification will be sent out based on appointments scheduled in the EHR and the core measures protocol in Mirah. |
Notifications can be customized to be sent out XX hours in advance of an appointment. (i.e. 24, 48, 72 hours) |
Supplemental measures can be added and customized to patient needs. |
Do NOT update appointments in Mirah. Always update the EHR.
