How to Assign Measures to Test Patients

After creating a test patient in Mirah, you can assign measures to these test patients:

1. Create active Episode of Care for your Test Client

• Scroll down to "Episodes of Care"
• Click "Begin new episode of care"

2. Choose the unit responsible for the Episode of Care and confirm the Care Team

• Scroll to the bottom and click "Save"

3. To schedule measures for your Test Client:

• Click “Schedule Session”
• Make sure you select yourself as the provider

4. Click “Confirm Session.”You should receive a text or email (depending on how you set up your preferences) with an invitation to complete measures.
