Disabling Inactive Users
Users who are suspending for inactivity will display that information in the Current Status field on the Manage Users configuration page. Instructions on how to find this page can be found here.

Click the Details button to open that user page.
There will be a message saying that the user has been disabled due to inactivity, usually after 60 days of not signing in. Note users in these status are Provisioned but not Active. To make them no longer Provisioned, click Disable Provider. To make the user active again, click Re-enable Provider.
