Send/Resend Welcome Email
In order to send or resend a welcome email, go to the user's detail page by following the process described here:
Once on the User Detail page, click the Send or Resend Welcome Email button:
Please note that sometimes Mirah accounts are created before your organization has configured the email address for the provider. If the provider is not getting the Welcome email, please check to ensure their email has been configured.
Once the email has been configured, please hit the Resend Welcome Email button again. You may need to wait until 24 hours after the email address has been configured to resend the welcome email.
If the "Resend Welcome Email" button is not available, click "Re-enable Provider" button to resend the Welcome Email.
